At CalaQisya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modest fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original CalaQisya tags attached to be eligible for a return.

  Submit Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and select your preferred return method.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we will process your refund via store credit or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 working days.
